Molecular Modifier removes most odors and stains caused by urine, vomit, feces, blood, mildew, decaying food and other organic matter.
Faster germination and enzyme production.
Broader spectrum of enzyme species for faster degradation of contamination.
Greater concentration of functional organisms (about 11 x 107) per ml.
Higher performance in both above carpet under carpet environments.
Super stability on shelf: 2 years.
Temperature tolerant for long term storage 35 degrees to 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
Acceleration temperature critical point 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
Broad functional pH range (5 - 10).

Directions for Using Molecular Modifier to Control Pet Urine Odors in Carpet and Rugs:
Keep out of reach of children.
Read label directions and cautions before using.
Always test on a hidden or inconspicuous area first.
Agitate or stir before use.
Prior to cleaning, saturate contaminated area with sufficient undiluted Molecular Modifier to penetrate all contamination which might have soaked into carpet, including backing and pad.
May be diluted for moderate contaminations or used full strength for extreme odor.
It is best to apply using the Multi-Sprayer set to a coarse (large droplet) spray.
The secret to successful odor removal is to make sure Molecular Modifier permeates every area that was contaminated.
Allow treated area to dry completely. Maximum effects of treatment may not be realized for up to 14 days.
After dwell time, hot water extraction cleaning is strongly recommended as residual product may attract soil.
However, we understand that in many cases the professional cleaner may not have the option to come back after several days but need to complete the treatment and the clean in one visit. In cases like this, treat the carpet full strength and try to give the carpet at least one hour dwell time. Clean the carpet normally around the treated area but be less aggressive on the treated area. This will leave an enzyme content in the carpet backing and pad to continue working.
REMEMBER! If you clean before you apply the Molecular Modifier, the moisture from the cleaning solution will prevent the Molecular Modifier from reaching into all odorous areas. ALWAYS apply Molecular Modifier to the carpet when it is dry for best results.
Keep pets away from the area being treated until the carpet is clean and dry.
NOTE: For more severely pet urine contaminated carpet, replacement of pad and application of Odor Barrier to the subfloor may be required. Any remaining stains may be removed with Stain Magic® or Urine Stain Remover. For extreme conditions, use OSR. Keep pets away from the area being treated until the carpet is clean and dry.
Saturate each contaminated spot liberally with Molecular Modifier.
Use the Injection Kit or the Multi-Sprayer Injection needle to reach contamination.
Allow minimum of 24 hours dwell time.
Hot water extraction-clean the area.
Note: When it is not possible to allow dwell time and cleaning must be done at the time of the treatment, treat the urine spots first and allow the treatment to work while you set up for your job, prespray traffic areas, etc. During your extraction process only lightly clean contaminated spots so as to leave sufficient active product in the carpet to complete the odor removal work for you.

VIDEO: How to Remove Pet Urine Spots and Stains from Carpets & Rugs
When left alone, pet pee can seep through carpet, into the backing of the carpet, into the carpet pad and even down to the floor beneath. Pet urine can delaminate a carpet and can cause rotting of jute backing. Even after a thorough cleaning, pet urine stains and odors often remain. WHAT IS THE VERY BEST WAY TO REMOVE EXTREME PET URINE STAINS AND ODORS? WITH OSR! OSR-XG Pet Urine Stain & Odor Remover is formulated for extreme pet stain and pet odor contamination from carpet. “OSR-XG” combines the power of natural oxygen with biological power of odor modification to destroy odorous materials without leaving strong artificial fragrances. If you do not want to pull carpet and are confident that the sub floor is NOT heavily contaminated, you can use the Water Claw™ Spot Lifter in conjunction with OSR to remove the pet urine from the carpet and the pad.
