    Chemspec Heavy Duty Soil Lifter Pre-spray Concentrate Is Especially Designed for Prespraying Upholstery, Delicate Draperies and Carpets before Cleaning.

    General Instructions for Using Heavy Duty Soil Lifter:

    • For professional use only.
    • Keep out of reach of children.
    • Use this upholstery and carpet prespray, spotter and booster to effectively remove oil-based spots and stains.
    • Read label directions and cautions before use.
    • Before application, pretest for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.
    • Can be used without diluting as a dry cleaner on water-sensitive fabrics.

    General Instructions for Cleaning Upholstery:

    • Move the furniture piece to be cleaned onto one or more furniture pads. Furniture blanket prevents overspray from getting onto the carpet or wood floor.
    • NOTE: To avoid damaging the carpet (especially olefin) or creating furniture stains on the floor, ALWAYS use the E-Z Moves or Bane-Glides to move any furniture!
    • When wet-cleaning, it is imperative that you ALWAYS apply a neutralizing agent to the fabric to prevent browning, to stabilize and brighten colors, reduce the chance of dye bleeding and to provide a soft hand. Lightly apply Brown Out® diluted 8 ounces per gallon to the upholstery with a sponge.
    • After cleaning, be sure to set the legs on foam blocks or protective furniture tabs.

    Using Heavy Duty Soil Lifter as an Upholstery Wet Cleaning Prespray:

    1. Mix 25 ounces with 1 gallon of water.
    2. Lightly apply onto fabric.
    3. Agitate with a soft brush.
    4. Wet extract.

    Using Heavy Duty Soil Lifter as an Upholstery Low Moisture Prespray on Moisture Sensitive Furniture:

    1. Use undiluted.
    2. Lightly apply onto fabric.
    3. Agitate with a soft brush.
    4. Wet extract.

    How to Prespray Carpet with Heavy Duty Soil Lifter before Hot Water Extraction (Steam) Cleaning:

    1. Mix 25 oz. with 1 gallon of water.
    2. Using a clean sprayer with coarse spray, apply evenly to soiled carpet.
    3. Brush area with a hand pile brush, then clean.

    How to Remove Soil Filtration Lines (Filtration Soil) with Heavy Duty Soil Lifter:

    1. Evenly apply a course spray onto the filtration lines and aggressively agitate into fiber with a brush.
    2. Rinse and extract.

    Using as a Spotter:

    1. Apply undiluted to a clean white cloth and blot spot or stain until the soil is removed.
    2. Extraction rinse the carpet in the normal manner.
    3. NOTE: All citrus-based products, including this one, will dissolve foam blocks! Be sure to rinse thoroughly after use!
